It's a type of wine tasting where we compare four wines that have something in common - by pouring their contents into separate glass beakers placed next to each other so they are easy for us to see, taste and smell at once; then sipping on our respective samples one after another while noting down all those subtle (and not so subtle) flavour and aroma contrasts...
Comparing different types of wine like this really does make for an enjoyable experience which teaches people about what makes certain vintages special whilst also helping develop more refined palates and broadening peoples understanding of various styles within the world of fine wine.... And when paired up nicely with some cheese and truffle tastings too? Well now there's no stopping the good times!
