Zugspitze: Germany’s Highest Peak (Optional) If the sky is clear, we’ll take the state-of-the-art cable car to the top of Zugspitze (2,962 m). From the summit, you can see 400 peaks across four countries. Since mountain weather changes fast, we keep this part optional so we can decide together on the day of the trip. Partnachklamm Gorge & Alpine Charm Next, we’ll head to Garmisch to walk through the dramatic Partnachklamm gorge—a place of towering limestone walls and rushing waterfalls.
