Chinese cooking workshops in Shanghai offer instruction on over 40 traditional Chinese dim sum recipes and 60 stir-fry dishes using a wok. All our instructors are professionally trained restaurant and hotel chefs who speak fluent English; they possess excellent culinary expertise as well as extensive instructional experience. In these hands-on classes students learn how to prepare their own dim sum under close guidance. Even those without prior cooking experience may enroll. Participants can enjoy tasting freshly prepared dim sum or woks right there at the venue, alternatively take them packaged for sharing back home with loved ones. Workshop participants freely select dates, times, and specific topics that interest them most within each session's curriculum.
