Day 1: Rainbow Mountain hiking Tour (B, L) 4:15am to 4:30am: Our guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby and board our transport. We will drive you for about 2 hours to the southern of Cusco until Cusipata district, here we will have a short stop for breakfast. 6:30am: After breakfast, we will continue our journey for another hour to Fulawasipata (4660m.a.s.l.). 8:00am: From here, we will begin our hike and hike for approximately 2-hour ascent to the highest point of the Rainbow Mountain or Vinicunca (5200m.a.s.l.). Itinerary Day 1: Chinchero - Moray-Salineras - Ollantaytambo 6:30am: Breakfast at your hotel 7:00am: Our Machupicchu Latin America expert guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby and drive you in our private transport from Cusco passing through or explore Chinchero (if you haven`t visited before) and visit the Tupac Inca Yupanqui Royal House where their original Inca walls are still well preserved and have a chance to meet the Chinchero women in their traditional dressing in a weaving or textile center. 9:30am: And then continue our journey to the village of Maras where you will visit their typical streets and taste the famous Chicha, a drink made from corn which during the Incan times including nowadays is used for special ceremonies. Moray, during the Incan times, was possibly one of the most important agricultural research centers, where experiments were conducted at different heights crop, the arrangement of its platforms produces a variety of micro-climates taking the center of the concentric circular terraces higher temperature and decreasing gradually outward lower temperatures. 11:00am: After this important visit, we will drive to our next stop and visit the famous Salineras or Salt mines. We will drive you for about 1.5 hours to the southern of Cusco until Cusipata district, here we will have a short stop for breakfast. 6:20am: After breakfast, we will continue our journey for another hour to Fulawasipata (4660m.a.s.l.). 8:00am: From here, we will begin our hike and hike for approximately 2-hour ascent to the highest point of the Rainbow Mountain or Vinicunca (5200m.a.s.l.).
