Following an age-old tradition, we offer dishes such as Potato & Provola Cheese Pasta (Pasta Patate e Provola), served with a classic Scarpariello sauce, along with our signature Margherita pizza, freshly baked every day on wood fired clay ovens heated by burning either olive tree branches or chestnut logs.
