Mindfulness in the Wilderness: A Breathe Alaska Experience If you're looking for more than just a tour, if you want to feel Alaska, breathe it in, and carry a piece of it home with you, this experience was made for you. From the moment we meet in downtown Juneau, you will join a small, friendly group of travelers who share the same intention: to slow down, reconnect, and explore Alaska in a more mindful way. We will begin with one of the most stunning views of the Mendenhall Glacier. If the weather is kind, you may even see two glaciers glowing across the landscape. This moment sets the tone: expansive, breathtaking, and deeply grounding. Next, we will make our way into the rainforest. As we walk beneath towering trees and lush green canopy, you will learn simple techniques that help you sink more fully into the experience, listening to the soft hush of the forest, feeling the earth beneath your feet, and letting Alaska gently pull you into presence. Our trail opens to a quiet oceanfront clearing with a panoramic view of mountains, water, and endless sky. Floatplanes pass overhead, boats move slowly in the distance, and the salty breeze sweeps across the shoreline. This is where you will settle in for a guided meditation created specifically for this place, rooted in the scents, sensations, and sounds of the wilderness.
