Experience Description The experience unfolds in three engaging phases combining history, art, and cuisine: Phase 1 – Emotional Storytelling (40 min): A theatrical welcome with an immersive narrative filled with scents, legends, and ancient gestures related to the sfogliatella. Phase 2 – Hands-on Dough Preparation and Baking (70 min): Participants learn to shape the dough and prepare the Renaissance-style filling, guided by the Maitre Sfogliatellier. A photo shoot captures the authenticity of this hands-on pastry-making experience. Phase 3 – Tasting, Conversation, and Diploma Presentation (20 min): During the baking process, there’s a technical break with refreshments, followed by a guided tasting featuring Neapolitan moka coffee, local liqueurs, and various types of sfogliatelle (riccia, frolla, Santa Patrizia). Phase 4 – Conclusion – Final Photo Shoot, Diploma & Farewell (20 min): Final photo shoot: pictures with the sfogliatella, group shots, smiles, and an emotional video.
