You will visit Tarangire, the land of little Serengeti, a river and home of elephants, and Ngorongoro Crater, the land of Big Five African mammals. This tour starts and ends in Arusha. This program will lead you to see all African mammals found in Tanzania such as elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, lions, giraffes, wildebeests, jackals, hyenas, zebras, hippos, leopards, cheetahs, crocodiles, gazelles, elands, flamingos, monitor lizards, vultures, eagles and many others. DAILY ACTIVITIES ACCORDING TO THE PROGRAM. DAY 1, TARANGIRE ADVENTURE SAFARI. After an early morning breakfast, we will pick you up from the airport or hotel for a full-day Tarangire safari. You will see elephants, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, crocodiles, hippos, gazelles, zebras, wildebeests and much more. Enjoy lunch before continuing our afternoon safari back to the lodge where you can swim, relax, have dinner and spend the night at either Fig Tree Lodge or Jambo Lodge. After breakfast, we’ll head to Lake Manyara National Park which has over 400 bird species including flamingos. Here, you may spot lions climbing trees, witness the Wall of the East African Rift Valley, explore hot springs, lakeside scenery and observe various mammals. Enjoy a hearty lunch followed by an afternoon game drive searching for wildlife. Return to your lodge to unwind, take a dip in the pool, dine and stay overnight at Fig Tree Lodge.
