Sea Kayak Excursion at Kekova from Kaş

Sea Kayaking Over The Sunken City Of Kekova Sea kayaking is the best way to get up close to the 3000 year old ruins of the sunken city. We will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Kekova region which is one of the most beautiful spots on the Mediterranean. Whilst there you will receive a full briefing about the day's route, the kayak and its equipment from your guide. Then we will set off paddling from Ucagiz village to Tersane (shipyard) bay, stopping for a swim at Tersane bay where you can see more of the ruins and submerged city while listening to interesting facts told by our guides. After this stop we continue towards kale koyu (simena), arriving here early enough to enjoy an optional picnic lunch before having some free time to relax or explore pretty Simena town. You can participate if you wish, using water guns or balloons against both other participants and local farmers (the battle takes place over about 30 km). Upon arrival at the Saklıkent Gorge Jeep Safari, we’ll explore two canyons: Saklıkent Canyon and Gizlikent Gorge. Our first stop is Gizlikent Gorge, where we’ll hike through the canyon accompanied by our expert guides while enjoying views of waterfalls.
